rum balls with a difference

Mag someone here rum balls? calories and without alcohol ?

Here comes the recipe :

Take a cotton ball with about 2.5 cm in diameter, a residual dark brown and dark brown or black Baumwollhäkelgarn stick pearls.
first Round: Cast on 1 stitch, place the Fadenendstück to a sling and crocheting 8 fixed mesh FM Now pull the loop in the terminal filament, so that together closes the ring set (you can but.. also 6 stitches LM and join with slip stitch to form a ring). Close with a chain stitch KM around.
second Round: 1 LM, i n each subsequent stitch now has two dc = 16 M in total, with KM include
third Round: 1 LM , then second in each Two FM crochet stitch = 24 sts total, close to KM.
4th Round: 1 LM, 4 then in each Crochet stitch two FM = 30 M in total, close to KM.

between, insert ever get the ball to see if everything fits perfectly. Not too loose crochet.

5th Round: Now begin with the acceptance, in which every fourth Loop is omitted, ie, 3 FM - skip 1 stitch = 23 sts total, close to KM
6th Round : Again every 4th Skip stitch = 18 sts total
7th Round : Every 2 Stitch skip = 9 stitches total
8th Round : Every 2 Skip M = 5 M total
9th Round: Every 2 Stitch skip = 3 M total
10th Round: off again so that only 1 M remaining. Cut
thread a little longer to sew and close while slightly white translucent bodies.

Finally, the staff beads sew sewing thread with brown back and forth. Well suited are small rod beads, they adapt better to the round shape, and you can sew very tight.

so small I had not, but they have served their purpose well. When my husband came

home, I had to do the same once the "sample's example." Sweets, I have to hide from him already in a safe . The children also know all that is sweet must be from the danger zone, otherwise it's gone!! Sometimes I think he can smell the candy.
Anyway, I have offered him as a "Rum Truffle. Delighted he arrived and had the part almost between the teeth, as it is something "English" occurred. Yes, yes, greed! Very disappointed, he said: "They are not for eating." Well, but he can console himself. During Advent, I'm extra time "edible" balls, all alone for him, but he does not know yet. So psssst .......

Sun, and who still has such a sweet tooth at home, here is the recipe for the "real" rum balls:

Ingredients:
200 ml cream, 100 dark Chocolate or dark chocolate, 3 tbsp. Powdered sugar, 6 tablespoons rum (54%) 175 g ground hazelnuts, chocolate

cream to a boil, dissolve the chocolate in kleingeraspelte. Rum, powdered sugar and nuts stir until a smooth paste. This is now two hours in the refrigerator. Shape into balls Nußgroße (the best that goes with a small ice cream scoop, where you can outsmart even the melon balls) balls then roll in the grated chocolate until it is covered all around store. Rumkugeln 2-3 days in a cool room so it runs through is good and tight. Only then packed in boxes lined with aluminum paper Chocolate or capsules (there are at hardware stores or, for example here and here ).

Perhaps the need / the one or the other is still a nice gift idea? Both the crochet, as well as the edible rum balls can be produced with relatively little expenditure of time.
Have fun crocheting or hm is, it is now cooking or baking? How's that for the chocolates?

Greetings

Andrea
