juhuuu, we were not eaten by piranhas, we are still stuck with the monkey! Vani and I are (of course already on the last Tuesday) arrived safely back in Fortaleza and have successfully completed the jungle adventure. :-)
On Thursday morning in the plane, we have already experienced the first surprise, as a commercial airline TAM has been shown and as someone who spoke German. When I looked up, I thought "hm somehow you know the actor, and then have I looked at Vani and I feel like the scales from your eyes. It was Jonathan, a student of us, but already one year on. It was really funny. The world is just a village. After we landed in Belém, we also had the chance again to see the spot and mitzufilmen.
From the airport in Manaus we took the bus into the center and was once again a typical Brazilian. The city itself is really nice, but very much to see at the end there was not. Friday morning we were picked up on time after a great breakfast at 8 at the hotel and brought to the harbor, where our guide Ceciliano and his wife have been waiting for us. First we went by speed boat to the "Encontro das Aguas". This is the place where the Rio Negro (black) and the Rio Solimoes (white) meet and form the Amazon. The exciting thing is that the two rivers, because of their different water temperatures and densities do not mix and for a while "black & white" side by side . Herfließen On the other side of the Rio Negro yet arrived, the last purchases made and then it went with the VW bus on the Transamazonica (a road that was originally designed to link Manaus and the coast, but completed never was) deeper into the rain forest. After an approximately 1-hour drive, we are then switched into a boat again in order to drive about an hour.

During the following days we have also lived in Ceciliano and his family and could therefore meet the full rain forest life. According to the noon we are guided to a small but fine beach for swimming and fishing Ahren

It was really fun and at the beginning not so easy, but in the end I had 5 on my line and later on my plate and they were really delicious. It was a surprise but still.
