limited This year the festival season for me on a weekend in mid-August at which this took place in Hamburg, the Dockville Festival. This is an incredibly likeable Dockville Festival. When the lineup was omitted although as usual the really big numbers, but the program could be proud again this year. Traditionally been mainly indie and electro bands booked (and some well-known DJs for the night, in my view, but this is more interesting), plus there is established a couple of old warhorses and a few large Mass-known bands as an audience magnet. This year were the Heroin with the first concert after the baby and album recording pause and Jan Delay Hamburg as an obligatory act. 
Dockville The Festival offers more than just music. The site is located on the Elbe island Veddel unique, there are fallow land between the old port and industrial buildings, the Festival offers a unique setting. These are the organizers of the festival sought to an art program, offering a free holiday program for children Wilhelm Burger and provide for very affordable prices, especially for those who, like me buy their tickets months in advance. After Some problems with the sale of beer and lack of space in front of the main stage last year was beat to the organization in 2010 because there will no queues, drinking places, plenty of space, but very short distances from one another stage. Also very courteous security staff and many friendly little things: still no banner ads on the stages, distribution of plastic cups for bottling of beverages at the entrance, generous distribution of garbage bags as rain protection during thunderstorms last evening.
Almost the best thing Dockville Festival is the fact that you can enjoy the festival atmosphere and yet every night in his home can own bed. One advantage of the visitors attracted to me in Hamburg, which took my shelter you and at the same time a welcome accompaniment for the festival were. We spent three exhausting but unforgettable days of wonderful music. There
