How this came when I was so motivated to shine finally sporty? I had an early start with the training and am also well supplied with running equipment, have bought as well as new running shoes. Just that, however, led to problems. The new shoes are not accustomed to, I so driven by really great ride, at once full can train, ignoring the initial discomfort in the ankle / pubis region of the right leg. I probably would have to go with the unusual shoes a bit slower.
Eventually forced me then the pain but to a training break. This dragged on because of the pain, which occurred at each new test run again in the length. Even medical side of me was confirmed, I could only wait, there is nothing at this point, which could somehow Komplkationen bring. The result was several weeks without running training, good running fitness away and when I could have returned to start the training, the half marathon was almost on the doorstep. Therefore I can only admit my failure and push the whole enterprise in the future. Too bad, because as fit as at times this spring, I've never been in my life. But I'm still a few years at best Running age. So I could now enjoy at least the full sun.
